Should you choose to select our unrecorded Royal Mail option Hwass will not be responsible for the safe delivery of your products. Dispatch date can be provided but should your package fail to arrive, hwass will not be responsible for the chasing or tracing of the parcel, nor will we reimburse the payments made.
We remind you we offer a guaranteed tracked chargeable service should you required it.
