HWASS Shipping and Returns Policy

For the majority of products there is an excellent and reliable next day service.

Shipping prices are £7.50 + VAT by default, extra shipping costs may be required after purchase, please call us if you have any questions.
For deliveries to the Highlands and Islands, Channel Islands & NI or any other offshore destination carriage Prices may differ.
Returns require a returns number from our office. Handling Charges may apply in some cases.

Damage – Problems
If you have any problems just contact us. Whatever the problem, we will stay with it until it has been resolved and you are satisfied. If your goods are damaged upon delivery, please mark damaged on the drivers delivery receipt, keep the box and packing and ring us on the above number.
