Compared to standard polyester EcoViz® produces 50% less emissions and 50% less carbon dioxide. Recycled clothing or plastic bottles are chopped into pieces. Pieces are processed into raw polyester material. Polymerisation produces new poly-fibres. These fibres are used to create EcoViz® – a polyester fabric that fully conforms to ISO 20471.

Conforms to EN ISO 20471 Class 1 and RIS-3279-TOM. Made from 16 recycled plastic bottles. Next to skin fit tapered leg. Elasticated ankle hems. Faux fly. Articulated leg for ease of movement. Cordura® stretch reinforced knee panels. Ribbed elasticated waistband with drawcord. Hand pockets with internal coin compartment and tethering point. Leg cargo pockets with velcro fastened flap. Zip-fastened hidden mesh pocket.
