Compared to standard polyester EcoViz® produces 50% less emissions and 50% less carbon dioxide. Recycled clothing or plastic bottles are chopped into pieces. Pieces are processed into raw polyester material. Polymerisation produces new poly-fibres. These fibres are used to create EcoViz® – a polyester fabric that fully conforms to ISO 20471.

Conforms to EN ISO 20471 Class 1. Made from 16 recycled plastic bottles. Next to skin fit tapered leg. Elasticated ankle hems. Faux fly. Articulated leg for ease of movement. Cordura® stretch reinforced knee panels. Ribbed elasticated waistband with drawcord. Hand pockets with internal coin compartment and tethering point. Leg cargo pockets with velcro fastened flap. Zip-fastened hidden mesh pocket.
