Built with a cleverly-designed integrated heat recovery system, the Winterhalter UF-L-ENERGY utensil washer runs considerably more efficiently than traditional washers. By capturing energy from hot steam to pre-heat the cold water inlet, not only are running costs reduced – it also reduces hot steam being released into the room when the door is opened – perfect for smaller areas or kitchens which suffer from hot temperatures.
In terms of washing performance, the Winterhalter provides excellent, repeatable results.
